About - Staff Member - Ricky Le
Ricky Le serves as ITI’s vice president of government affairs. Ricky leads our congressional outreach to House Democrats on issues like artificial intelligence, Internet of Things, intellectual property, and smart communities/infrastructure. Prior to joining ITI, Ricky worked in the House of Representatives for 15 years.
Ricky served for five years as chief of staff for Representative Eric Swalwell, the youngest member of House Democratic Leadership. In this role, Ricky engaged and strategized with leadership offices and members of Congress on critical policy issues and internal organizational matters like committee assignments. Prior to that, he served as deputy chief of staff and counsel to Representative Zoe Lofgren. Ricky also spent three years as executive director of the California Democratic Congressional Delegation where he advised members of Congress on statewide policy and election law.
Ricky was born in Vietnam and grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area. He holds a Juris Doctorate from Santa Clara University and Bachelor of Arts in political science from the University of California, Santa Cruz. Ricky is an avid San Francisco Giants fan.
